We just finished updating the .pdf files for each of the Agreements currently in effect on our members' railroads to include bookmarks. Now, instead of scrolling through pages of text to find the Rule you want to look up, you can click the appropriate bookmark and jump right to that page!

This way, referring to your Agreement is faster and easier. You will be able to access information you want more quickly on your phone or tablet.

Each .pdf file viewer, whether it's a stand-alone platform like Adobe Reader or an Internet browser, should have a function to access bookmarks. See the included file for a demonstration in Google Chrome. Just click on the icon that looks like a bookmark or ribbon, and you should open a menu of the available bookmarks for each Agreement. Click the bookmark you want (like a hyperlink) and you will go directly to that portion of the Agreement.

Some Agreements are more complicated than others, and some (like BNSF) include multiple, stand-alone Side Agreements (like the MDZ or Meal Period Agreement) that haven't yet been incorporated into the overall BN Agreement. While our intent is to bookmark all Agreements, we're not there yet, but we do have the primary Agreement files for each of our railroads bookmarked!
